• Wet your face with lukewarm water.
• Take a small amount of the cleanser and lather it into foam.
• Massage gently over your face, focusing on oily areas like the T-zone.
• Rinse thoroughly and pat dry.
• Use twice daily, morning & evening for best results.
• Follow with serum or moisturizer suitable for oily skin.

• Apply after cleansing and before moisturizer.
• Use 2–3 drops of the serum and gently massage onto the face and neck.
• Use twice daily, AM & PM.

Important: Requests made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted. Please do not discard the product or its packaging, as they may be required for the return process. Items Received in Unsatisfactory Condition If any item in your order appears damaged or not up to standard, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. How to Report a Defective Item If you receive a defective item, Dermamage will arrange a pickup through our courier partner. Pickup date and timings will be shared with you beforehand. To process your claim, please provide: Photographic evidence of the defective item Image of the invoice Courier airway bill (if applicable) Once the item is received in its original packaging, a replacement will be issued as per the invoice details. Note: The complaint escalation window is 24 hours from the time the product is delivered. Claims made after this period sadly cannot be facilitated.
