Items Received in Unsatisfactory Condition If any item in your order appears damaged or not up to standard, please report it within 24 hours of delivery. How to Report a Defective Item If you receive a defective item, Dermamage will arrange a pickup through our courier partner. Pickup date and timings will be shared with you beforehand. To process your claim, please provide: Photographic evidence of the defective item Image of the invoice Courier airway bill (if applicable) Once the item is received in its original packaging, a replacement will be issued as per the invoice details. Note: The complaint escalation window is 24 hours from the time the product is delivered. Claims made after this period sadly cannot be facilitated. Packaging Requirements For smooth processing, the product must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in. If the original packaging is missing or damaged due to customer handling, additional handling costs may apply.
