1. What is Your Return & Exchange Policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order. When reaching out, kindly attach:
Clear photos of the product received
A picture of your invoice
Your Order ID
You may contact us through email, WhatsApp, or our Contact Us page.
Important:
Requests made after 24 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.
Please do not discard the product or its packaging, as they may be required for the return process.
Items Received in Unsatisfactory Condition
If any item in your order appears damaged or not up to standard, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide the following:
Your order number
Photos clearly showing the issue
Packing slip / Invoice
This helps us verify the problem and process your request smoothly.
Exchange Limitations
Products ordered online cannot be exchanged at physical retail stores.
Returns and exchanges apply only to orders delivered within Pakistan (unless otherwise specified).
How to Report a Defective Item
If you receive a defective item, Dermamage will arrange a pickup through our courier partner. Pickup date and timings will be shared with you beforehand.
To process your claim, please provide:
Photographic evidence of the defective item
Image of the invoice
Courier airway bill (if applicable)
Once the item is received in its original packaging, a replacement will be issued as per the invoice details.
Note:
The complaint escalation window is 24 hours from the time the product is delivered. Claims made after this period sadly cannot be facilitated.
Packaging Requirements
For smooth processing, the product must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered in. If the original packaging is missing or damaged due to customer handling, additional handling costs may apply.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in cases where:
The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced
The product delivered is proven defective or incorrect
Dermamage determines that a refund is the appropriate resolution
Refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged (unless damaged or incorrect upon arrival):
Opened or used skincare products
Products without original packaging
Items bought on sale or during promotional campaigns
